Mr. Dhirubhai Shah
Dhirubhai R. Shah, with over 40 years of experience, founded the Shahlon Group, a major player in textiles and industry, with diverse businesses, strong exports, and a significant production capacity. He's active in industry advocacy and industrial park development.

The group comprises diverse businesses, including Shahlon Silk Industries Limited (BSE Listed), Lotus Marketing, Shahlon Enterprises LLP, and Autotech Non-Wovens Private Limited. Since its inception in 1984 with just 12 traditional power looms, the Shahlon Group has transformed into an integrated manufacturing powerhouse. It features wind turbines for green energy generation and holds the status of an export house. The group’s products enjoy strong demand in international markets, supported by an impressive daily production capacity of 1.25 lakh meters of grey fabric on shuttle-less looms.
Committed not only to corporate excellence but also to advocating for the textile industry, Mr. Shah actively represents industry concerns to government authorities. His active involvement in various business and government sector committees is notable, alongside his role as a trustee of the South Gujarat Rural Development Trust. His positions include past Chairmanship of the Synthetic Rayon & Textiles Export Promotion Council (now METEXIL) and the Technology Upgradation and Modernization Committee of the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr. Shah’s impactful leadership extends to the development of renowned industrial parks like Sayan Textile Park, Fairdeal Textile Park, and Jayraj Textile Park, shaping the textile and industrial landscape of the region.
Mr. Rajendra N. Chokhawala
Rajendra N. Chokhawala, who has dedicated over forty years to Surat's textile and engineering sectors, is a respected authority in the development of textile and industrial parks. He is equally committed to his involvement in social and healthcare organizations.

He has been a driving force in the development of various textile parks under the SITP (Scheme for Integrated Textile Parks) initiative by the Ministry of Textile, Government of India. As the Chairman of Sayan Textile Park, he played a pivotal role in bringing textile manufacturing to an area that previously lacked such facilities. His visionary leadership extends to other textile parks, like Karanj and Ichchhapor, as well as industrial parks including Tadkeshwar and Yes Green alongside other significant commercial projects. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Chokhawala actively contributes to various social organizations.
He held the position of the President of The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has been actively involved in various community and healthcare organizations, serving as a Director in Sar Infracon, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the Convention Center Project, as Vice President at “Raktadan Kendra” (Blood Bank), and as an Executive Committee Member at “Mahavir General Hospital.”
Additionally, he contributes to community welfare as a Trustee at Ashwani Kumar Crematorium and Trade Center Trust, all of which have left a profound impact on the well-being of Surat’s society.

Kedar S. Jagirdar, an expert in design, construction, and property development, is deeply committed to environmental causes. He boasts a successful record in construction and works on textile parks and environmental projects, aiming to make a meaningful impact.

He graduated in civil engineering from SVNIT with 82% and the gold medal. Served as honorary director in the New India Co-operative band from 2005 to 2020. Successfully completed more than 1.5 million Sq ft of residential construction projects between 2011 to 2021. Currently, he is developing an Ichhapore textile park under the guidance of the Ministry of Textiles. He is also engaged in Eco-vision Environment Resources LLP a plastic waste recycling company and building a CETP(Common Effluent Treatment Plant) in Ahmedabad.
He is a respected individual in Surat’s construction and Engineering sectors and over the last 30 years he has compiled connections of people from every conceivable strata of his field and beyond. An extreme cross-industry experience by working with multilocal business owners and government officials. He drives to make an impact on the infrastructure and development of our country through legitimate and logical means.
